Mill features

10″x54″ table ( NO tooling marks)

Heavy duty  Meehanite base with Box ways on saddle and column. (same brand as New Bridgeport Mills use today)

5hp spindle motor

40 taper quick change spindle.

Kurt power draw bar.

Servo power feed on knee. (Z axis)

Coolant pump

Way covers are included (removed for pictures)

Machine has had following service preformed.

All new belts and bearings is the Variable speed.

Power Quill has been disassembled , cleaned , adjusted and works as it should

The table was removed cleaned.

All flow meters for oiling system have been replaced with new.

Oil pump has been disassembled , filter and screen cleaned.

All oil gallies have been cleaned , flushed and verified they are oiling correctly.

All Gibbs have been cleaned and adjusted.

Servo motors have been tuned and checked for calibration
